SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 120 am "An Act                                                
adopting the National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact; making                                  
criminal justice information available to interested persons and                                    
criminal history record information available to the public; making                                 
certain conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date"                                 
was read the second time.                                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                                
objected.
